Unfortunately we do not sell drawers for the bed frames, so you could make DIY drawers or use bins to store things under your bed frame.

Simply slide it between the mattress and the wall.

Yes! We make sure our products are as clean as possible and the glue used for the plywood is water-based.

Use a damp rag with warm water. It’s not recommended or necessary to use any sort of cleaning chemicals.

We’ve tested a variety of mattresses from latex to memory foam and everything in between.

As previously mentioned, we’ve tested a variety of mattresses on the Tic Tac Toe and have never faced issues with mattresses sagging through the gaps on the Tic Tac Toe.

At Quagga we like to break the mold. 9 legs means more pressure points, meaning a more even distribution of your body weight and an overall better night sleep.

We make the slats a bit shorter than the mattress to help prevent this from happening.

It shouldn’t, but it might if you’re really wild in bed (or your kids like to treat your bed as a WWE wrestling arena). You can always put felt strips on the bottom of the legs or throw a stylish rug underneath ;)

Nope! The slats on the Tic Tac Toe are turned sideways which creates friction between the mattress and the bed’s slats.

The slats interlock meaning the likelihood of it collapsing is slim to none.

We recommend using the same size mattress as the bed frame. However, the Tic Tac Toe is a platform bed, so you can technically use whatever size mattress you want. Just be aware that if the mattress size is smaller, the slats will be exposed. If the mattress size is bigger, the mattress will hang off which is something we don’t recommend to preserve the longevity of your mattress.

Absolutely! The gaps in the Tic Tac Toe allow for lots of air to flow through your mattress.

We don’t recommend doing this. If you would like more height on your bed, use something like a boxspring.

We have a five year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Warranties are not transferable and do not apply to re-sold items. Defects from misuse, negligence, abuse, and accidents or for commercial use will not be covered by our warranty.

We offer a 100 day sleep trial. Within this time, we accept returns in the original packaging. We will give you a full refund but apply a 10% restocking fee.

Unfortunately you can’t. Cost is paid upfront, but you can return it within 100 days.

You can, and it’s quite easy to move. Just keep in mind it may scratch your floor unless you put felt strips on the bottom of the legs.

We recommend donating it to a local charity to those in need or giving it to someone you know. Throwing it out should be a last resort, but luckily the Tic Tac Toe doesn’t have any hardware meaning it’s easily recyclable.

Bending the slats isn't necessary because, since the slats are on their sides, the weight capacity goes up 5 times. The slats do bend slightly to absorb the weight, but your mattress will feel brand new sitting on a Quagga bed!
