How can I be notified about sales, news, and new products?
If you want to be notified about product restocks, fill out the “Get Notified” section on any of the product pages where a product is out of stock. If you want to be notified about sales, news, and new products, submit your email in the footer or put your email in the “Stay in the Loop” section on the Home Page.

Tracking
I only received one box but my order comes in multiple boxes. Did the other boxes go missing?
Chances are the boxes are arriving separately. Check your tracking number to see when the other boxes will arrive. If you’re still not sure where your other boxes are, feel free to contact us.
Can I choose when my order will be delivered?
Unfortunately this is not possible. As soon as an order is placed, the warehouse will receive the information and start shipping out the order.
Tracking says my order has been delivered but I can’t find it. What should I do?

How can I track my order?
Once your order has left the warehouse, you will receive a tracking email which will tell you how you can track your order. If you have not received your tracking number email or cannot track your order, please reach out to hello@quaggadesigns.com
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It should take between 1-7 business days (give or take) after ordering. Check your tracking number to see where your order is at.
Shipping
Will all of the boxes arrive at once?
The boxes may arrive separately, so don’t be alarmed if you only get one. Check your tracking number to ensure all boxes are on their way.
Manufacturing
What is a Quagga anyway? That’s a silly word.
Dissatisfied with the lack of quality many furniture companies have, we wanted to “bring back quality from extinction.” The name “Quagga” is reflective of our brand and the products: unique and fun. A “Quagga” is actually an extinct subspecies of the common zebra.
Why should I choose Quagga?
Assembling furniture can be both frustrating and a chore for many people. Why not make it fun? That’s our goal at Quagga: to make furniture assembly something you can look forward to.
Do you offer a warranty?
We have a five year warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. Warranties are not transferable and do not apply to re-sold items. Defects from misuse, negligence, abuse, and accidents or for commercial use will not be covered by our warranty. Shipping is for free the first year since your purchase, past that we charge a flat fee shipping rate of $50.
How can I get in contact with you?
There are two different ways: Chatbot and email. We recommend you start by asking your question to the Chatbot. If you don’t get your answer, reach out to us via email.
Where do you manufacture?
Right now, we manufacture in Ontario, Canada.

How are the working conditions?
We work closely with our manufacturers in Toronto, Ontario and visit them often. We ensure all workers are treated fairly and workplace conditions are safe.
